Certified divers of all levels are welcomed. Take an altitude dive with some of our best instructors in Lake Minnewaska. There is a good amount of life to see in the lake, but its main allure is the amazing landscape left from passing glaciers.
* Minnewaska State Park has a $10 car parking fee and $20 annual diving fee that is not included.

You must have previous climbing experience. There will be no instructors, climb at your own risk. 

* Mohonk Reserve has a $20 per climber fee that is not included. No additional parking fee.

Discover this 5.7-mile loop trail near New Paltz, New York. Generally considered an easy route, it takes an average of 2 h 19 min to complete.
* Mohonk Reserve has a $15 per hikers fee that is not included. No additional parking fee.

AcroYoga is a partner practice that integrates the art of yoga and acrobatics. We will explore dynamic sequences, practice inversion and partner acrobatics with the support of a spotter, and learn techniques to develop stretch, flexibility, and body awareness.All levels are welcome. No partner is required. 

Volleyball is for everyone! All Levels. Beginners Welcome. We will match you with a team and you can get your serve on.

Do some rock climbing under the safety of a certified guide. Challenge yourself by climbing 50 ft up a cliff and get rewarded with some of the best views in the area. 
* Mohonk Reserve has a $20 per climber/per day fee. This includes parking.
