Sell your wares or host a booth in our Vendor Hall

How many participants will attend OUT in the Outdoors? Who attends?

We are expecting up to 250 participants on each day. The majority of folks will be coming in from New York City and surrounding areas. At previous similar events that we hosted, attendees tended to be active participants in outdoor activities, adventurous, eco-conscious, community-oriented progressive people in late 20's to early 50's.

Why should I participate?

The OUT in the Outdoors Event is a great opportunity to make connections with new customers, business connections, thought leaders, experts, etc. It is also a great way to show your brand's support as an ally of the LGBTQIA+ community outside of the typical June Pride festivities. Bring attention to your business by hosting a workshop - some sponsorship levels even include paid workshops/activities. Is there something else you would like from participation? Chat with us, and we can likely make it happen. Vendor fees are tax-deductible.

What items/services can I offer?

The sky's the limit! Please note: this event will be rated G (okay, maybe PG). Anything containing nudity/profanity/suggestive themes (arts, crafts, workshops) may not be displayed in the general area and requires prior approval.

What's the difference between a Vendor and a Sponsor?

As a Vendor, you will not be listed as a Sponsor, featured on marketing material, and you cannot host workshops. If this is something you'd be interested in, check out our Sponsorship Packages. Some packages include a free table and space in our Vendor Hall.

What are the details concerning set-up and take-down?

Check-in for the event begins at 8:00AM and the Opening Ceremony starts at 9:30AM. Outdoor activities officially begin at 10:00AM. The Vendor Hall is an enclosed space open to the public at 12:30PM and close at 6:30PM on Saturday. On Sunday, the Vendor Hall hours will be 10:00AM to 4:00PM. You can set-up/take-down any time before/after Vendor Hours. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide electricity.
